Arrival At

Mogi'z, we want to fulfill everyone's request for appointment. We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late for your service, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment or your service may be modified in consideration of others

Series Purchases

When purchasing services in a discounted series or package, no refunds are granted after the purchase is made. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation

We request a 24-hour notice for cancellations or appointment changes. Any no-shows or cancellations with less than 1-hours notice will incur a full fee on your charge card. Group parties 24-hour. no exceptions. Nonrefundable Deposit is Required for appointments on procedures as Japanese Hair straightening and Hair Extensions.

Please inform your technician if you are pregnant, are using Retin A, Accutane, or have had any recent Leaser or Plastic-Surgery.

Tips

Tipping is a standard Spa/Salon practice. No tips on credit card, CASH only. A 15-20% tip is appreciate for the service.

Gift Certificate

Though services may increase in price the package discount will still apply. If a package is purchased and is redeemed for something other than the original package purchased then the gift card converts to cash value and no discounts apply. Gift Certificates cash value are based on the lowest running promotion during the year.

Gift Certificates are non-refundable, are not redeemable for cash, and must be presented at the time of service. Mogi'z is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificate.
